Surat: Surat’s annual jewellery event, Sparkle 2020, will feature lab-grown diamonds for the first time. Organizers Southern Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SGCCI) say it’s because of the “growing acceptance of lab-grown diamonds in India and abroad”.
