New York: Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) announced that Rosy Blue NV, Belgium-based diamantaire and one of its founding members, has achieved re-certification by meeting the highest ethical, social and environmental standards established by the RJC.
“RJC warmly congratulates Rosy Blue NV on its certification,” says Catherine Sproule, RJC’s Chief Operations Officer. “We are thrilled to see our Founding Members achieving re-certification against the standard.”
The successful verification assessment was conducted by Peter Warbrick from SGS United Kingdom Ltd, one of the independent third-party auditing firms accredited by the RJC.
“As a proud founding and active RJC member, we believe the RJC’s Code of Practices helps us progress towards meaningful social responsibility, tackling the issues most essential to our industry. Rosy Blue is very pleased to achieve a three year Re-Certification and will continue to engage in upholding and promoting the highest ethical standards in the diamond value chain.” said Mr. Amit Bhansali, Managing Director Rosy Blue NV.
