Gem-A Announce Conference 2015 Sponsors

London: The Gemmological Association of Great Britain (Gem-A) has announced the full list of Sponsors for its upcoming Conference 2015 incorporating the Federation for European Education in Gemmology’s (FEEG) 18th International Symposium of Gemmology, held at the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) in Marylebone, London, from 21 – 22 November 2015.

Welcoming speakers from around the globe, the Gem-A Conference has a reputation for tackling the most innovative and contemporary gem-related topics, whilst bringing together some of the leaders in the field for a weekend of networking and special events. The Conference 2015 hopes to build on the success of last year’s event at the Business Design Centre in Islington by providing an exciting new line-up of speakers and seminars in one of London’s top conference venues, and the home of Great British engineering, design and architecture.

Joining Platinum Sponsors Jewelry Television (JTV) the Conference invites five Silver Sponsors: AnchorCert GemLab, American Gemological Laboratories (AGL), the Canadian Gemmological Association, GemWorld and long-standing sponsor Marcus McCallum, in addition to two Bronze Sponsors: Fellows Auctioneers and T. H. March.

Gem-A’s interim CEO, Nick Jones, commented on the continued industry support for the Conference, saying: “We are delighted to announce all the companies, trade bodies and associations sponsoring and supporting the Gem-A Conference 2015. Although this will be my first Conference with Gem-A, it’s great to see a number of new and returning sponsors whose continued contribution enables and validates all the hard work that goes into producing this annual celebration of all things Gemmology. We look forward to welcoming many of our members, students and international partners to this year’s Conference, as well as meeting FEEG delegates and students who are joining us for this wonderful event.”

Gem-A’s Conference will take place from 21 – 22 November at RIBA Venues, 66 Portland Place, London followed by expert-led workshops at Gem-A HQ, trips to some of London’s premium gem exhibitions and the Gem-A and FEEG graduation ceremonies at The Mermaid Theatre in Blackfriars.
