Forevermark Presents Trends for 2017

Mumbai: Forevermark, the diamond brand from The De Beers Group of Companies, launched the Autumn-Winter trend collections 2017– Geo-Deco and Declaration.

Inspired by fascinating patterns in nature, Geo-Deco focuses on geometrical elements at its core ¬– bringing balance, proportion and symmetry to create a harmonious whole. Shimmering lines of flowing diamonds, like sunrays, from a Forevermark solitaire diamond, add textural appeal to dramatic cuffs and stud earrings. Similarly, strands of lush round brilliant Forevermark diamonds, suspended between spiral-shaped diamond clusters, will flatter elegant necks.

Declaration signifies the power of communication through jewellery. A wearer’s status announced to the world through their choice of style; a lover’s secret promise conveyed, or a special moment marked, using an age-old lexicon of symbols and motifs.

One sees a surge of innovative designs that express individuality: Forevermark diamond shapes – princess, marquise and pear, in a stunning line of diamond bracelets and rings. With versatility being at the heart of the brand, Forevermark offers delicate charm bracelets and stackable rings, collected over time, to tell a story about the lives of its wearer, and her unique tastes.

The Trend Report 2017, developed at the Forevermark Design and Innovation Centre in Milan, was influenced by international art and fashion, red carpet looks and evolving consumer behaviours.

Launching the report, Federica Imperiali, Forevermark’s Trend Expert and Head of New Product Development, said, “Forevermark diamonds bear a unique inscription that adds a layer of poignancy to these trends. When it comes to saying the things that matter, nothing communicates self-expression more eloquently than a beautiful piece of Forevermark diamond jewellery. We are on the constant look out for inspiration – from nature to even social media for that matter, helping us create our big wall of ideas and further conceptualising them into designs.”

Less than 1% of the world’s diamonds are eligible for a Forevermark inscription enhancing the essence of the jewellery, which is crafted with beautiful, rare and responsibly sourced Forevermark diamonds.
