Bengaluru: At IIJS Bharat Tritiya 2026, GJEPC introduced  special recognition award, Hidden Stars, for the very first time, dedicated to the teams who work behind the scenes and play a vital role in the success of every jewellery business. Often unseen yet highly influential, these professionals help shape important decisions, guide collections, and strengthen the very foundation of retail excellence. Their insight, dedication, and consistent support contribute quietly but significantly to the growth and success of the industry.
