Winners of 'World Skills India' Jewellery Com'tion

Jaipur: Sanjay Pramanik, Sweta Singh, Savita Palariya and Ashrof Jamal are the national winners of the ‘World Skills India’ Jewellery competition conducted by the Gem & Jewellery Skill Council of India (GJSCI) at IIGJ Jaipur on 19th September which concluded with a formal function where winners were announced and awarded with medallion and certificate.

Guests who were present during the ceremony were Shri. Pramod Agrawal (Chairman IIGJ Jaipur), Shri Prem Kothari (Chairman GJSCI), Mr. Binit Bhatt (COO, GJSCI), Dr. Parag vyas (Chief expert, World Skill Jewelllery, GJSCI), Mr. Ranjan Chaudhary (Head, World Skill India), Mr. Sanjay Singh (Regional Director, GJEPC), Ms. Tanisha Thiara (Head, British Council, Chandhigarh), Prof. Dhiraj Kumar (Principal, IIGJ Jaipur) alongwith guest of honor Mr. Gaurav Goyal (MD, RSLDC) and Ms. Gill Caldicott (Counselor, Cultural affairs, British Council).

After successful conduction of regional competitions at Coimbatore, Bangalore, Suratand Jaipur by GJSCI, the finals of Indian Jewellery Skill Competition 2015 held at the prestigious national Center Of Excellence IIGJ Jaipur, Sitapura, Derewala Towers on 18th and 19th September 2015 in which regional winners competed to represent India at Skill Competition, Birmingham, UK.
