Antwerp: HRD Antwerp has announced the launch of the 16th edition of the HRD Awards, the world’s leading design contest in creative and innovative diamond jewellery. The HRD Awards will be held within the framework of the World Expo Milano which will run from May 1st to October 31, 2015. The theme of the 2015 HRD Awards will be “A la Carte” which perfectly ties in with the World Expo’s overall theme “Food”.

The competition is widely considered to be the world’s leading diamond jewellery design contest, and in the past it has proven to be a valuable stepping stone for young designers on their way to successful careers in the jewellery industry.

Participants to the contest will soon be able to submit their designs. Deadline for submissions will be October 31st 2014. The winner will receive $10 thousand in cash and finalists – $2.5 thousand each.
