
Mumbai: India’s Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) has organized INNOVNXT 40 UNDER 40 SESSION on 25th June. It is an initiative by GJEPC to recognize and celebrate 40 young innovators in the jewelry industry, under the age of 40, who are driving growth through new-age marketing techniques and adaptability. The program aims to foster industry growth by equipping the next generation of jewelers with the skills and knowledge to expand their business networks.
The first session will focus on from brand building to wealth creation, take a giant leap with the top leaders from the gem and jewellery industry and beyond as they share their success stories and hands-on experience in product marketing, sales, and a people-first, technology-driven approach.
Session 2 will focus on Women in Jewellery. Fearlessly chase your dreams as the seasoned women leaders of the gem and jewellery industry teach you how to scale new heights of success through sheer passion and ambition, redefining luxury marketing with a customer-centric approach and design forwardness.

Session 3 will be an in depth discussion on Gold as a Safe Heaven. Rise in gold price: a boon or a bane? Learn from the industry experts. Each is armed with decades of experience in leading luxury and precious metal jewellery space and has sailed through rough waters before, well equipped to transform every adversity into opportunity.
Session 4: Mr. Kalpen Parekh, MD & CEO, DSP Asset Managers, with his years of investment banking experience, will break some of the stereotypical myths and beliefs about investment, a key enabler for long-term business success.
Session 5 will discuss HOW TO BUILD A PROFITABLE LAB-GROWN DIAMOND BRAND. A change in perception in the luxury jewellery space has been observed over the last decade with the advent of lab- grown diamonds. Luxury has become more inclusive and accessible. Industry experts and young leaders are changing the way jewellery was once viewed and consumed. Learn from them their success stories through disruptive marketing in the diamond industry.
Session 6: Meet the two brothers, Mr. Atik Shah and Mr.Ashin Shah, who blended technology with wealth management to offer software backed by Zerodha and ENAM.

Session 8: Integrating AI in promoting jewellery has now become easy. Meet Mr Tanish Mehta, Founder, Skizy.ai has seamlessly integrated new technology, redefining the jewellery marketing space.
