Mumbai: India’s Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) in its endeavor to promote the exports through exhibitions, is organizing joint participations under India Pavilion at premier Jewellery Exhibitions like JCK Las Vegas (USA), Vicenza Oro (Italy), Vicenza Oro (Dubai) Hong Kong Jewellery Show(Hong Kong), Jewellery Arabia (Bahrain) etc.
Like every year, this year also the Council is organizing the joint participation under India Pavilion at JCK Las Vegas with 100 booths at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Las Vegas, USA. Council’s prime goal is to deliver qualified buyers to the India pavilion and ensure that the participation of members is productive and successful.
JCK Las Vegas, serves as a good contact point for the US market and is the largest market for Indian gem &Jewellery industry. Council is planning to undertake a number of promotions like(i) Mass emailing to the trade buyers (ii) Banner at the entrance of the Mandalay Bay hotel side (iii) Sponsorship of Ambassador Lounge(iv)Digital Screen at the lobby of the exhibition (v) Two page advertisement in the pocket planner (vi) Brochure giving the details of the exhibitors (vii) Exclusive exhibitor lounge with Internet and refreshments within the India Pavilion(viii)Hostesses, on site publicity brochures, promotional bags (ix) Exclusive New look for the India Pavilion(entire India Pavilion will be constructed with the Wooden panels with overhead branding etc.
All the above Sponsorship expenses will be borne by the Council and will not be charged to the exhibitors. The charges for the fully furnished 100 sq.ft(10sq.mtr) booth will cost apprx.Rs.8,00,000/- + applicable tax.It may be noted that due to increase in space rental and dollar fluctuation the rate has been increased over last year of Rs.7,30,000/-
