Gaborone: De Beers released its sales timetable for 2017, maintaining its schedule of 10 sights a year. The company sells approximately 90 percent of its rough supply through its global sightholder sales division and the remainder through its auction platform. With two more sights left this year, the November sale begins this week in Gaborone.

The dates for 2017 are as follows:

Sight 1: January 17 – January 20, Sight 2: February 20 – February 24, Sight 3: March 27 – March 31, Sight 4: May 8 – May 12, Sight 5: June 12 – June 16, Sight 6: July 24 – July 28, Sight 7: August 28 – September 1, Sight 8: October 9 – October 13, Sight 9: November 6 – November 10, Sight 10: December 4 – December 8.
