Ramat Gan: The Israel Diamond Exchange (IDE) is extending a special invitation to buyers from abroad to participate in the local Blue & White Diamond Fair taking place on August 2, 2016 on the bourse trading floor.

The Blue & White Fair, which was originally established as an internal event on a monthly basis, provides a marketplace for Israeli diamond suppliers and buyers on the trading floor.

The upcoming August fair will, for the first time, be open to a limited number of foreign buyers who will be granted space in the specially designated buyers’ area of the fair.  Those interested in registering for a buyers’ table are asked to contact judic@isde.co.il

IDE President Yoram Dvash said, “The Blue & White Fair is an excellent opportunity for local diamantaires to do business outside of the online networks. With all of the technology that has been introduced into the trading process, nothing replaces personal connections and this is what we are striving for. On August 2 we are opening the fair up to foreign buyers, since we know that many will be visiting the bourse during that time. We expect that there will be a lot of interest in joining from overseas buyers.”
