Industry Leaders Pay Tribute to Pulwama Martyrs

Mumbai: Indian Leaders of G&J Industry recently gathered in the premises of the Bharat Diamond Bourse (BDB) to express their solidarity with the CRPF soldiers who were massacred in Kashmir’s Pulwama by a handful of terrorists. It is known that in barbaric act of terror on CRPF convoy in the Kashmir Valley over 40 CRPF personnel had martyred on Thursday, February 14.

Diamantaires including Sanjay Kothari, Chairman GJSCI & Industry Icon, Mahendra Gandhi, Dilip Shah and the past Chairman GJEPC Praveenshankar Pandya, Mehul Shah (VP, BDB), Surendra Dassani, Vinay Dhaddha, Rajen Parikh Members of BDB, GJEPC, MDMA and other diamantaires observed silence for the soul of martyrs.

The industry leaders condemned the dastardly act of the terrorists and resolved to contribute financial support to the families of the martyrs. The Trade organizations have Gem & Jewellery National Relief Foundation (GJNRF), the national body to undertake CSR for diamantaires India. Even in the past GJNRF had contributed to Armed forces at various occasions.
