Antwerp: HB Antwerp has welcomed Seriti, a genuinely extraordinary 1,094-carat rough diamond unearthed from Lucara’s world-renowned Karowe mine in Botswana. Seriti has now arrived in Antwerp, a true force of nature, where HB expert artisans powered by our advanced proprietary technologies will reveal its full potential.
This historic find marks the sixth diamond exceeding 1,000 carats recovered from Karowe, reaffirming the mine’s status as one of the world’s most significant sources of rare and valuable diamonds.
Following its recovery by Lucara, Seriti embarks on the next stage of its journey at HB. Our proprietary scanning and measuring technologies, such as HyperLoupe, allow us to analyze and maximize the value of the world’s largest, most exceptional, and most complex diamonds with unmatched precision. By combining cutting-edge innovation with masterful craftsmanship, we don’t just cut diamonds – we redefine them.
Moreover, every process step is safeguarded within the HB Capsule, which was recently awarded the prestigious iF Design Award. This breakthrough technology secures the diamond and its data throughout its entire journey in our ecosystem, ensuring unmatched transparency at every point of interaction.
As part of our ongoing partnership with Lucara, we continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible in the diamond industry – blending groundbreaking technology, traceability, and expertise to unlock the full brilliance of nature’s most exceptional creations.
