Mumbai: Sky Gold and Diamonds Limited has appointed M/s M S K A & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, a member firm of BDO International, as the Statutory Auditors of the Company and its material subsidiaries, subject to shareholders’ approval. The appointment has been approved by the Board of Directors following the recommendation of the Audit Committee.

The move marks a significant step in the Company’s ongoing journey towards strengthening corporate governance, institutionalising processes, and enhancing transparency across the organisation as it continues to scale its operations and expand its presence withinthe jewellery sector.
